- 1c peanut butter
- 2c sugar(I use splenda)
- 1/2c milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbls cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 3c oats (whole or instant)
- On stove top, in a large skillet, melt butter, add peanut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, and milk, stir to combine, and remove from heat.
- Working fast, add oats, and mix well, drop by large spoonfull on wax paper, and cool completely. Enjoy.
NotesMy sister and I would make these after school when I was young, we never cooled them completely, but we did enjoy.
