1 whole large banana; mashed
1 whole large egg
6 tablespoon egg whites
Dash of cinnamon
In a small bowl beat all ingredients thoroughly with a fork. Pour into a hot pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook like a pancake, flipping once until both sides are browned. Remove from pan and top with sugar-free syrup, peanut butter, fruit, nuts, whipped cream, or yogurt. The toppings are endless!
