No Crust Cheesecake
This is from a friend, I don't really like graham cracker crust so she gave me this one

INGREDIENTS
- 3 8-0unces of cream cheese soft
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
Mix all in a bowl, beat until well blended. Pour into a 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 until brown on top about 1 hour.
