No Spinach Salad for a crowd
Whenever my family gets together, there's always a lot of us. Since spinach is a no no right now here's an easy salad I can throw together that makes enough to feed everyone!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 head green leaf lettuce
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup sliced black olives
DIRECTIONS
Tear lettuce and combine all ingredients. I serve with Italian dressing, but any dressing can be used.
