NORDIC PRAWN SURPRICE

Ingredients

  • 700 g prawntails
  • with
  • 4dl cottage cheese,
  • 2dl crème fraiche,
  • lemonpepper
  • salt
  • and loads of squeezed garlic.
  • Sprinkle with fresh dill.

Directions

  • Mix peeled and cooked
  • Let stay covered 1 hour in fridge before serving.
  • Serve with warm baguette and spumante or lager
