Norm's Pioneer Stew
10-20 lbs beef roast, wild venison, and kielbasa
1 cup of flour
about a bushel of assorted vegetables from your garden or local farmer's market; potatoes, carrots, onions, green beans, corn, cabbage, tomatoes, peas, lima beans, etc
10 gallons of water
Dredge meat in flour and brown in very large pot over an open flame. Add oil and salt as needed to prevent sticking.
Add vegetables and water. Stir over medium flame until flavors blend and you can no longer resist the aroma. Serve with crusty bread and cold beer.
