Make sure you have a 8 inch square pan lined with aluminum foil. Combine the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a double boiler. Place over hot (slow boiling) water until morsels have melted, stirring constantly to keep from it scorching. When blended, remove from heat and add in your marshmallows, and nuts. Mix well, and spread in your aluminum foil lined 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares.
