- 6 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons Splenda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup bottled Italian salad dressing (sugar free)
Combine the cabbage, green onions, celery, and peanuts in large bowl. Blend
the Splenda, salt, vinegar and dressing. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss
well. Chill until serving.
