Ingredients

  • 6 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2/3 cup bottled Italian salad dressing (sugar free)

Directions

  • Combine the cabbage, green onions, celery, and peanuts in large bowl. Blend
  • the Splenda, salt, vinegar and dressing. Pour over cabbage mixture and toss
  • well. Chill until serving.
