- 1/2 carton vanilla Labrada Lean Body or rtd Protein shake of your choice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Artista Irish Cream syrup (sugar free)
- 1/2 tablespoon Artista Hazelnut syrup (sugar free)
- 1-2 (2-3 ounces) shots of espresso or very strong coffee - optional
- Whipped cream (sugar free)
- Heat vanilla protein until very hot, but not boiling. Stir in syrups and coffee, if using. Top with a squirt of Redi-Whip or Splenda-sweetened real whipped cream.
