OVERNIGHT JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE
2 1/2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing cubes
2 cups cheddar cheese
4 whole eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 package sausage (jimmy dean roll)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Generously grease 9x13 pan, spread croutons on bottom top with cheese, mix 4 eggs, milk, mustard and pour over croutons and cheese.
Fry sausage, drain and crumble over mixture.
Cover with foil and chill overnight.
In the morning mix soup and 1/2 cup milk and pour over top, spread to evenly coat.
Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours covered and then uncover and bake 5-10 minutes just to brown up a bit.
