1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup mint chocolate chips
1 cup quick cooking oatmeal
3/4 cup caramel topping
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 cup butter, melted
In large mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, soda, salt and butter.
Blend well at low speed to form crumbs.
Press half in pan, bake 10 minutes.
Remove from oven sprinkle with chocolate chips and pecans.
Blend oatmeal, caramel topping and flour, pour mixture back and forth over chocolate chips and nuts to cover.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer until golden brown.
Chill 1 to 2 hours. Cut in bars.
