1-1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
3 c. oats
2 c. (12oz) butterscotch morsels
Combine flur, baking soda, salt & cinnamon in small bowl.
Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats and morsels.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking
Bake @ 375 degrees for 7-8 minutes, for chewy cookies. 9-10 minutes for crispy cookies.
Let stand 2 minutes; remove to wire
rack to cool completely.
Prepare dogh as above. Spread dough into
greased 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake
at 375 degrees for 18 -22 minutes or until
lightly brown. Cool completely in pan on rack.
