Oatmeal pork tendeloins
8 pork tenderloins (3 lbs)
6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 ts minced garlic
1 ts. parsley
1 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of white corn meal
Mix the mayonnaise, garlic and parsley together in a bowl.
Place tenderloins in mayo mix and cover completely
Mix the oatmeal and cornmeal together in a separate bowl.
Dredge the dipped tenderloins into the oatmeal/cornmeal mixture
Pan fry with vedgetabel oil or olive oil. 12 minutes on both sides on med heat

I was going to serve pork tenderloins to my family one night but didin't want the same old thing. So I just looked in my cupboard and came up with this recipe on my own.
