OKOBOJI STEW

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Ground Beef
  • 1 White Onion, diced
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 package of Tater Tots
  • 1 package Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Brown ground beef
  • In glass casserole dish mix ground beef, onion, and soup
  • Top with frozen tater tots
  • Sprinkle cheese on top
  • Bake at 350 for about half hour until cheese is melted

Notes

My husbands grandmother always made this casserole, named after the town she grew up in.
