OLD FASHIONED PIE CRUST

  • Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 C All Purpose Flour - Sifted
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2/3 C Crisco
  • 12 TBS Ice Water

Directions

  • Combine flour, salt and crisco in a bowl
  • Mix in ice water one at a time
  • Use a pastry cutter to mix crust well
  • Seperate dough into two halves
  • Roll out dough using a rolling pin and sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking
  • Transfer dough to pie pan
  • Flute sides with a fork
  • Add desired filling
