Old Fashioned Pie Crust

INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 8
  • Preparation Time: 30 mins
  • 2 C All Purpose Flour - Sifted
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 2/3 C Crisco
  • 12 TBS Ice Water

DIRECTIONS

Combine flour, salt and crisco in a bowl


Mix in ice water one at a time


Use a pastry cutter to mix crust well


Seperate dough into two halves


Roll out dough using a rolling pin and sprinkle with flour to keep from sticking


Transfer dough to pie pan


Flute sides with a fork


Add desired filling
