- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 can(14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 can favorite fruit topping
- Mix cream cheese and milk with mixer till smooth, add lemon juice and mix until well blended, add vanilla, and mix again until blended. Pour into pie crust and chill until ready to eat. Slice and serve with fruit topping.
