One skillet teriyaki chicken and rice
1 Tbsp Oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups Minute Rice
2 cups broccoli
1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium/high heat.
Add chicken - cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover.
Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
Remove from hat.
Let stand 5 minutes, and fluff with fork.

This is another good and easy recipe. Only one skillet used (and one skillet to clean) - that's my favorite kind of recipe :) I found this recipe on Kraft Foods website - adapted slightly for our tastes.
