Onion Bleu Burger
1 tbsp butter
2 oz onion slices, in ice water
seasoned flour with onion powder and white pepper
1 Tbsp blue cheese crumbled
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
grill burger until cooked till medium doneness. While burger is cooking, brush inside of bun halves with butter and place on griddle to toast. Prepare onion strings by removing them from ice water and place into seasoned flour mixture. Fry these in 350 degree oil until crispy. Drain and place on top of burger, along with blue cheese.
