Onion Crusted Pork Chops
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
4 pork chops, 1-inch thick
2-4 tbs Dijon mustard
Combine bread crumbs and soup mix.
Brush both sides of pork chops with mustard. Dip in soup mix until coated.
Arrange pork chops in baking dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn once during cooking.
