Onion Pull-Apart Snack Loaf
3 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon seasoned salt or dried Creole seasoning
1 (10.6-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Refrigerated Parmesan Breadstic
Heat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion; cook 3 minutes or
until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and seasoned salt; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Unroll dough. With scissors or sharp knife, cut dough into I-inch squares. Place Parmesan spread from
container in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 10 seconds or just until melted.
Place l/3 of dough squares in bottom of ungreased nonstick 8x4 or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with 1/3 of onion
mixture. Drizzle with 1/3 of Parmesan spread. Repeat layers 2 more times.
Bake at 350°F. for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan; place on
serving plate. To serve, pull apart loaf.
If nonstick loaf pan is unavailable, use greased loaf pan.
