- 1/2 med onion, chopped, diced or julienned…your choice.
- 3 T butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Zest from 1 lemon (no more than 1 tsp)
Saute onion in butter till lightly brown. add remaining ingredients, stir and spoon over veggies.
