INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1/3 cup powdered beef bouillon
- 4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients until blended.
Store up to 6 months in cool, dry place.
Stir before each use.
Five tablespoons of the mix equals one pk of bought dry onion soup mix.
