Ooey Gooey Brownies
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour, sifted
2 cups miniature marshmallow
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt unsweetened chocolate, butter and chocolate chips in microwave. Beat eggs with rotary beater until very thick and lemon colored. Blend well with chocolate mixture. Add sugar, vanilla, flour and marshmallows then mix.
Pour into two greased and floured 9x9" baking pans. Pans may be lined with parchment paper for easy removal. Bake for 30 minutes. Brownies should not be runny but should stick to tester. Cool 10-15 minutes. Cut. Remove from pan and enjoy Makes 32 brownies.
