ORANGE BBQ PULLED PORK

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. dijon mustard
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbls. fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1 boneless pork shoulder

Directions

  • Place pork in slow cooker.
  • Mix all other ingredients and pour over pork.
  • Cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or on high heat for 5-6 hours.
  • Shred with a fork and serve on crusty rolls.
