ORANGE BBQ PULLED PORK
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 5-9 hours
- Servings: 10-12
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1/4 c. dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbls. fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tsp. salt
- Juice of 1 orange
- 1 boneless pork shoulder
DIRECTIONS
Place pork in slow cooker.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over pork.
Cook on low heat for 8-9 hours or on high heat for 5-6 hours.
Shred with a fork and serve on crusty rolls.
