BackstoryThis recipe is wonderful on scones or any other type of muffin or biscuit. It's even good on a plain piece of toast!
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 Tb. orange zest, finely chopped
- 1 Tb. orange marmalade
- 1 Tb. orange blossom honey*
- *I often just use whatever honey I have on hand as it is very difficult to find orange blossom honey anywhere around our small town.
- Whisk together softened butter, orange zest, marmalade and honey. Put in serving bowl and refrigerate for about 15-20 min. before serving.
