1 c. butter, softened
1 Tb. orange zest, finely chopped
1 Tb. orange marmalade
1 Tb. orange blossom honey*
*I often just use whatever honey I have on hand as it is very difficult to find orange blossom honey anywhere around our small town.
Whisk together softened butter, orange zest, marmalade and honey. Put in serving bowl and refrigerate for about 15-20 min. before serving.
Pairs Well With
This recipe is wonderful on scones or any other type of muffin or biscuit. It's even good on a plain piece of toast!
