ORANGE-CRANBERRY RELISH

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, quartered and seeded (not peeled)
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions

  • Put oranges and cranberries in food processor til chopped fine. Stir in sugar. Pack into pint jars. Keep in frig for 3 weeks.
