NotesI love this easy cookie recipe on a hot summer day because they don't require heating up the oven! No bake cookie recipes are wonderful for the kids because they can almost make the entire recipe with minimal supervision. This is definitely a must add to your list of cookie recipes.
These cookies should not be stored outside of the refrigerator. The high oil content in the coconut could cause it to spoil very quickly if not refrigerated.
