- 3 oz. orange Jell-o
- 12 oz. small curd cottage cheese
- 11 oz. mandarin orange sections, drained
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- Sprinkle dry gelatin over cottage cheese mix. Add mandarin oranges and pineapple. Stir gently to mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
