ORANGE ROMAINE SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • a few rings of red onion
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • pinch of any mustard
  • 2 tbsp. orange juice
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

  • Tear romaine into bite-size pieces. Section oranges. Toss romaine, oranges, and onion. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad, toss well. Chill for several hours to blend flavours.
