1/4 Cup sugar
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 Teaspoon grated orange peel
3/4 Cup orange juice
2 Tablespoons butter
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and orange peel in a small saucepan. Stir in orange juice and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat; stir in butter and serve hot.
