Orange Sweet Rolls

Ingredients

Dough:

1 tablespoon yeast
½ cup water
½ cup sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
6 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup sour cream


Place into bread machine on “dough” setting. You may need to add a little more flour. When raised, divide dough in half. Roll each half into a 13-inch circle. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with ¼ cup sugar and 1 ½ tablespoon orange rind. Cut each circle into 12 triangular wedges. Roll each wedge beginning with the wide end. Place into greased 9x12 inch pan. Make 3 long rows – it all fits. Let raise for 1-2 hours.


Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Pour glaze immediately over rolls.


Glaze:


½ cup sugar


½ cup sour cream


2 tablespoons frozen orange juice


½ cup butter


Cook in microwave for 4 minutes.
