Oranges & Sweet Potato Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cup Mandarin orange slices
  • 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmellows
    •

DIRECTIONS

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, salt and cinnamon in mixing bowl. Whip till fluffy. Fold in nuts, oranges and marshmellows. Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
