- 1 pkg. Oreo's - not double stuffed or chocolate
- 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese - softened
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1/4 block parafin wax
- Crush 9 Oreo's in food processor, set aside. Crush remaining oreo's, add softened cream cheese and mix well. Roll into bite size balls and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Mix well. Dip frozen balls. Place on waxed paper to set up. Sprinkle with reserved oreos. Let set for about 20 minutes.
- Keep refrigerated.
NotesI use a mini crock pot to melt my chocolate chips. It keeps the melted chocolate at the perfect temp for all my candy dipping.
