1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. soy sauce (I use the low sodium)
1/2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 can chow mien noodles (the crunchy fried ones)
Preheat oven to 350. Brown hamburger and place in a 9x9 baking pan.Add soups, rice and soy sauce. Mix together, cover and bake 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Top with chow mien noodles and bake 15 additional minutes.
