Oriental Chicken Dinner With Pineapples
1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsop ginger
4 tbsp butter
1 can crushed pineapple (strained and hold onto the juice for later)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Preheat oven at 375
Cube chicken into 1" pieces
Shake in plastic bag with flour and ginger.
Brown in skillet with the butter.
Put into buttered casserole dish. Spread drained pineapple over chicken. Make a sauce in a seperate bowl with remaining ingredients including pineapple juice.
Pour over chicken
Bake for 45 minutes
Serve over rice or noodles.
