- Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- Servings: 6 - 8
- Preparation Time: 30 minutes
- Cooked Rice
- Bell Peppers
- Sesame Oil
- Hot Chili Oil
- Soy Sauce
- Saute carrots, pepppers, onions, ginger and garlic in sesame oil and hot chili oil. Substitute butter if you wish. Add rice after 8 minutes. Beat eggs before adding. Stir until eggs have scrambled. Add soy sauce or leave on table for your guests to add. See video below.
- Variation..Add chicken, shrimp or pork for a meal in one.
