ORIENTAL FRIED RICE

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • Cooked Rice
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Onions
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Sesame Oil
  • Hot Chili Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Eggs

Directions

  • Saute carrots, pepppers, onions, ginger and garlic in sesame oil and hot chili oil. Substitute butter if you wish. Add rice after 8 minutes. Beat eggs before adding. Stir until eggs have scrambled. Add soy sauce or leave on table for your guests to add. See video below.
  • Variation..Add chicken, shrimp or pork for a meal in one.
