1 pkg cole slaw
4 green onions, chopped
8 tbsp slivered almonds
2 tbsp sesame seed
2 pkg top ramen noodles - uncooked and crushed ( I use beef flavor)
1 tsp butter
3/4 cup oil
6 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
4 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1 seasoning package included in with the ramen noodles
Mix slaw with onions, set aside.
In a skillet brown sesame seeds and almonds with a little butter till golden brown.
Add to slaw mixture.
At time of serving, mix the coleslaw mixture, crushed ramen noodles and dressing together in a bowl.
Serve and enjoy!
