2 cups canned chick peas, drained
2/3 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp cumin
parsley for garnish
2 tsp olive oil
Put chick peas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, garlic salt and cumin in food processor. Mix until smooth.
The hummus can be thinned out by adding a bit of oil or liquid from the can of chick peas.
