2 ostrich steaks
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Marinate ostrich for 15 minutes. Do not over marinate. Ostrich meat is very porous and absorbs flavors and liquids quickly.
Heat oil in a medium skillet. Sauté steaks 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
