- 2 ostrich steaks
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Marinate ostrich for 15 minutes. Do not over marinate. Ostrich meat is very porous and absorbs flavors and liquids quickly.
- Heat oil in a medium skillet. Sauté steaks 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with rice or your favorite side dish.
