INGREDIENTS

  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Parsley flakes
    •

DIRECTIONS

Dip potatoes in oil; sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper, garlic salt and parsley flakes. Place in an 9x9 pan.


Bake 45 minutes or until browned
