OVEN BEEF STEW

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2lb beef stew meat
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • String beans
  • Peas (optional)
  • 2 tbls tapioca
  • 1 cup tomatoe juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix together tapioca, tomatoe juice, sugar and salt
  • Pour liquid over vegetables and meat
  • Cover and cook in 250 oven for 4 to 5 hours
