Oven Beef Stew

 


INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 300:00
  • Servings: 6
  • Preparation Time: 5:00
  • 1 1/2lb beef stew meat
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • String beans
  • Peas (optional)
  • 2 tbls tapioca
  • 1 cup tomatoe juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix together tapioca, tomatoe juice, sugar and salt


Pour liquid over vegetables and meat


Cover and cook in 250 oven for 4 to 5 hours
