- 1 C oatmeal
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C apple juice
- 1/2 -1 C dried fruit
- Let sit overnight in fridge.
- In morning it only takes a few min to warm on the stove, or about a minute in the microwave, depending how warm you like it.
- It really doesn't need any sugar, with the fruit & juice, it turns out just lucious.
NotesI just love this oatmeal recipe, it is my favorite, and pretty healthy too.
