Overnight Apple Pie Oats

Ingredients

1/3 C. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/3 C. skim milk
1/3 C. Chobani Apple Cinnamon Yogurt
½ scoop vanilla protein powder
couple dashes of cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
½ apple, chopped
Chopped walnuts (optional)


Mix all ingredients together. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
