Ingredients

2 cups butter
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup minced parsley
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup flour
2 quarts of oysters, liquid reserved
Chicken stock
3 cans artichoke hearts coarsley chopped
1 tbs salt
2 tbs fresh cracked black pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp thyme


Directions:


In large stock pot, melt butter
