2 dz. shelled oysters
2 cups. milk
2 pats butter
Contained
1/8 cup celery, minced
2 1/2”thick slices of boiled Potatoes
salt & pepper to taste
paprika.
Directions
Heat milk to boiling in a sauce
pan, stirring Add celery &
potatoes & cook for 5 to 6
minutes. Mash potatoes,
then add oysters & season with
salt & red pepper to taste.
Bring to boil again & simmer 3 to
5 minutes.
Pour into soup plates. Place 1
pat of butter on each serving and
sprinkle with paprika
