PAULINE'S STEWED ARTICHOKES AND POTATOES

Ingredients

2 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen
artichokes
4 medium boiling potatoes
1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1 diced onion
1 c. olive oil
1 tsp. yellow mustard (dry)
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. (Italian) Wish-Bone
dressing
juice of 1 fresh lemon
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Chef-Magic Louisiana
Kitchen spices
1 pinch or more salt


Cook artichokes as package directs. Peel, slice and


boil potatoes. Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, mustard,


spices, garlic, salt and Wish-Bone in small amounts. Add to


taste. Add onion. Meanwhile, drain cooked artichokes and


potatoes; place in a bowl. Add dressing; stir well and let


cool for 1/2 an hour. Refrigerate several hours. May also be


served hot.
