INGREDIENTS

  • 5 lbs. Venison or Beef
  • 1 lbs. Pork Fat
  • 3 Tablespoons Pickling Salt
  • Pepperoni Seasoning Mixture
    •

DIRECTIONS

Grind venison or beef and pork fat together. Add pickling salt, mix well.


Add Pepperoni Seasoning Mixture, kneading well.
