PERSIMMON PUDDING from the Milking Parlor Farm

- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Put through colander: persimmons, enough for about 2 cups pulp.
Beat in rest of ingred.
Bake pudding in greased 9x9 baking dish until firm, about 1 hour.
