Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Mix pineapple with syrup and the remaining ingredients.
Beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15 minutes
