PRAWN IN HONEY & LEMON SAUCE

A delicious easy to cook chinese dish completely imagined by myself
Ingredients You'll Need
Medium size prawn 400 gm, Garlic paste 2 tbsp, Sweet & sour sauce 2 tbsp, Black pepper powder ½ tsp, Honey ½ cup, lime juice ½ cup, Babycorns 200 gm cut into small pieces, Oil ½ cup.
Directions
PROCESS
• Remove the shells of prawn & black string of head, wash properly
• Boil the babycorns
• Heat oil, lightly fries the prawns, and keep aside
• Again heat the remaining oil, add garlic paste and fry for few seconds
• Add babycorns & fry well
• Add salt & prawns, and add 1/2 cup water
• Cover the pan & cook for 5 minutes
• Add other ingredients & cook for 1 minute
